CONSUME FRESH AS AN APERITIF OR IN THE EVENING

Ingredients

  • 4cl of Gin
  • 2cl of Lime Juice
  • 1cl of Cane Sugar Syrup
  • Top up with Ginger Beer

 

Garnish: 1 slice of lime

How to make

  • Refresh your glass by filling it with ice cubes
  • Fill 2/3 of the large part of the shaker with ice cubes
  • Pour all the ingredients of the cocktail (except the soda!) Into the small part of the shaker, respecting the quantities of the recipe
  • With the help of the ice colander, hold the ice cubes in the large cup, then turn it over and drain the residual water from the ice cubes
  • Close the shaker and shake briskly for 6-10 seconds
  • Drain the excess water from the glass using the ice colander
  • Pour the mixture into the glass, straining it through the ice colander
  • Top with Ginger Beer
